中国代表神情严肃，语气铿锵有力：“日本政府这种不顾全人类未来，偷偷排放核废水的行为，是对地球生态的严重破坏，是对全人类的犯罪！看看现在，海洋里出现的这些怪兽，给沿海国家带来了多大的灾难？无数人失去生命，家园被毁，你们必须为自己的行为负责！”

美国代表也满脸怒容地拍着桌子：“Japan, you have to understand that your actions are not only endangering your own country, but also bringing huge disasters to the whole world! the monsters emerging from the ocean are just the beginning. If you don't stop this madness, there will be more serious consequences!”（日本，你们必须明白，你们的行为不仅危害到你们自己的国家，也给全世界带来了巨大的灾难！海洋里出现的怪兽只是开始，如果你们不停止这种疯狂行为，将会有更严重的后果！）

俄罗斯代表更是眼神犀利，毫不留情地斥责：“你们这是在破坏地球的生态平衡，是在挑战整个国际社会的底线。核废水排放引发的连锁反应，已经让我们看到了可怕的后果，你们必须立即采取措施解决问题，而不是一味地逃避责任！”

澳大利亚代表也站起身来，大声说道：“our coastal areas have also been severely affected. the lives of our people and the ecological environment have been greatly damaged. Japan must bear the responsibility and pensate for the losses we have suffered!”（我们的沿海地区也受到了严重影响，我们人民的生命和生态环境都遭到了极大的破坏。日本必须承担责任，赔偿我们所遭受的损失！）

太平洋岛国的代表们更是情绪激动，斐济代表愤怒地挥舞着手中的标语：“we told you not to do this! You said it was safe, but look at what's happening now? our islands are in danger, our people are in danger! You have to stop this!”（我们早就告诉过你们不要这样做！你们说这是安全的，但看看现在发生了什么？我们的岛屿处于危险之中，我们的人民处于危险之中！你们必须停止这种行为！）

面对世界各国的严厉谴责，日本政府这边乱成了一团。首相在新闻发布会上，额头满是汗珠，不停地鞠躬道歉。

首相声音有些颤抖地说道：“we are very sorry. we really did not expect such a situation to occur. we apologize to the international munity and to all the people affected by this incident. we will do our best to deal with this situation and take responsibility for our actions.”（我们非常抱歉，真的没有想到会出现这样的情况。我们向国际社会，向所有受这次事件影响的人们道歉。我们会尽力处理好这种情况，为我们的行为负责。）

内阁大臣们也纷纷附和，一个个面色苍白，不断地表示会采取措施。但他们的话，在各国看来，似乎显得那么苍白无力。
