知了的问号被这哈哈的声音震地碎成一片，他不再那么执着地一探究竟，继而攀谈起来。老头名叫marc，家住在中区，是一名独居老人。

知了没好意思问老伴子女的情况，老头倒是很健谈，自己就说出来了：“I have two daughters and one son, my wife died two years ago。”说完还做出了一个伤心的表情，知了感觉既难为情又有趣。

老头继续说道：“my son is living in Australia, and both daughters are living in England。”

知了听了觉得有点点不可思议，孩子们也真放心让老父亲独自生活，万一有个万一，没亲人在身边啊，于是说：“So you live here alone? why don’t you ask children to e back with you？”

marc哈哈说道：“I’m not alone, I have two cats with me, and I’m oK with it。”

知了又问：“do you have any grandchildren？”

知了还想说点儿啥，但又不知道该说啥。两个人年龄差距太大，理念也完全不同，连没话找话都难。

老头问到：“where are you from? china？”
